Whilst it may be difficult to drag yourselves away from this perfect spot, both The Lakes and Dales are easily accessible. Head east to Sedbergh, Dent and Hawes or west to Windermere and Bowness. Equally within easy reach for a day out are the Northern Lakes with Ullswater and Haweswater less than an hour’s drive.
