This traditional Lakeland stone former farmhouse enjoys a truly idyllic setting above the Buttermere valley, at the foot of  Grassmere overlooking Crummock Water. This really is a walker's paradise, with many of North West Lakeland's most popular summits accessible from the doorstep. Lanthwaite Green Old Farmhouse is not only an attractive property from the outside, but is equally well furnished and equipped inside to provide super self catering accommodation, with the benefit of a very pleasant garden, parking and excellent views.

Lounge/Diner: With TV, DVD, CD radio, open fire in inglenook fireplace (one large basket of logs per stay enough for 2 or 3 nights) and separate dining area.

Kitchen: With Stanley cooker, washing machine, tumble srier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and breakfast table.

Cloakroom: With WC and wash basin.
