There are many areas to explore which are suitable for you and your horse including The Pennine Bridleway, The Eden Valley Loops, Mallerstang valley and Wild Boar Fell.

There are also many riding centres offering you and your family a half day or whole day out on the fells with a horse specially suited to your needs.
