Coniston Country Fair

Set in beautiful countryside looking across the shores of Coniston Water this is a typical Cumbrian show showcasing a range of traditional Cumbrian skills and activities. Held in late July the show attracts thousands of visitors and locals alike each year and there really is something for all the family. Look out for Fell Foxhounds, Terriors, Lurchers as well as Herwick Sheep, sheepdogs showcasing their skills and traditional Cumbrian trades.
