With a raised position, the cottage has wonderful views across the valley towards Lingmoor Fell. The cottage benefits from complimentary membership of the Langdale Spa and Country Club with its large heated pool, exercise studio, sauna and bar/restaurant just 20 minutes walk away. The Chapel Stile village shop, Brambles Cafe and Wainwrights Inn are all a few minutes walk away. The cottage is a superb centre for walking the high fells such as the Langdale Pikes, Crinkle Crags, Bow Fell and Lingmoor. There are also many low level walks from the cottage which could take in well known hostelries such as The Old Dungeon Ghyll Inn, Sticklebarn Tavern and the Britannia Inn, Elterwater. A modern cottage, it is compact, well planned and equipped, perhaps best suited for two adults and two children. This is a great base for a couple or family in one of the best locations of The Lake District.

The well equipped cottage is double glazed, has gas central heating and comprises:

Kitchen area: with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Dining area: with table and four chairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with patio doors.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Attractive twin bedroom with pine cladding to the ceiling and velux window but has some restricted headroom.
All gas, electric and bed linen included. Sorry, no cot available. Payphone available. Wi-fi access available.
There are small shared gardens and pathways nearby leading straight onto the fells. Ample private parking. Please note there are some steep paths in the garden leading from the car park to the cottage which may make the cottage unsuitable for some. No children under 2 years old.
