We absolutely loved it. The owners have done a great job on the property and thought of everything down to a couple of bottles of wine and beer for us. It was top class,in a lovely village but only about 30 mins drive from most of the Lakes District towns. It was the highlight of our trip to the UK and we will never forget it. Highly recommended and we would love to return one day. Please pass our thanks to the owners.

Vale View exceeded our expectations by far. I can honestly say it is the best self-catering home we have ever stayed in. The decor is gorgeous and the layout of the house is lovely. If we could build our own home it would look like this. The name Vale View is very apt, the views are fantastic. You can sit in the sun trap garden and just gaze out over open fields. The location is ideal for exploring the Lakes and the local pub is good for food plus there are others close by. I would highly recommend Vale View and we would definitely stay there again.
