All of our properties are personally inspected, both by us and independently by VisitBritain, and we only offer our customers accommodation that has achieved a minimum 3 star rating through their National Quality Assurance Scheme.

With regular training and property viewing days in the Lakes our sales team have excellent local knowledge of the area and individual cottages. While on holiday, help is always on hand through our information offices located in Keswick and Windermere. Our friendly staff have personal knowledge of each property and the surrounding area. They are there to help with any queries or concerns and will be able to provide you with local information, maps and guide books. They can also advise you of the special arrangements we have with local leisure centres.

In the unlikely event of any problems arising with your accommodation we have teams of tradesmen and maintenance staff on call to quickly sort out any problems should they occur.
